Experience was excellent roof looks amazing and I met with Travis he was awesome very easy to communicate with and took great care of the house Than You highly recommend

I would highly recommend Wells Home Improvement to anyone looking for any exterior roof improvement or repair. Our contractor, William Buckmaster is the BEST! He was professional and knowledgeable about the products and fully explained the reasons our roof needed to be repaired. William took charge and came to our rescue. He took additional video/photos because of our initial claim denial from the insurance company. After a 10 month claim battle, the time came to start the job…the crew was professional and completed all the entire roof within one day. After everything was done, the cleanup job was thoroughly completed and inspected the next day by your dynamic team! Thanks Wells Home Improvement for having such A terrific office staff, great craftsmen and our guardian angel, William Buckmaster.

Worked with William and he was amazing! Gave me his direct number and was very prompt in responding to my inquiries. Gave us a quote and had people out to complete the job the next week. Highly recommend Wells Home Improvement. Definitely ask for William!

Had our new GAF roof installed by Wells Home Improvement and we love it! There were so many choices but William Buckmaster walked us through the process seamlessly. He was patient, professional and was wonderful in his ability to explain everything in layman's terms. The team worked effortlessly to install our new roof on schedule and we are so pleased with the results. If you're looking for a new roof I would highly recommend Wells Home improvement!

Great! Came out and removed all the rot from under my front porch roof and replaced the roof with a sealed cover with proper materials. Even my personal contractor said this is a great job! Very happy!

These guys were very professional and thorough on my roof, fixing issues that my previous roofer had ignored and leaving the property in immaculate condition. I will recommend them to anyone needing a new roof

No one likes to have to the redo their roof- but if you do, this team was amazing. They were 100% responsive and a pleasure to do business with. We decided to add skylights and sun tunnels somewhat last minute and they made them look spectacular. They even asked the rep to come out and help me decide placement which made all the difference! I would highly recommend Jarrett (DJ) and Matt and Eddie. They truly made this experience bearable. Thanks y'all.

These guys did an EXCELLENT job!! Clean ! RIGHT AND TIGHT work. I am a Builder and expect and give QUALITY service. They went beyond that! THANKS SO MUCH! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From start to finish, Travis and his team did an amazing job. I signed a contract with them for a whole new roof including my front and rear porch. They found some rotted wood for the porch trusses and went to retrieve the material and replaced said material at absolutely no extra charge. I’d say at least $400 in extra cost and more in labor. If that’s not amazing I don’t know what is. Also on my main roof there were a lot of 1x6 slats that went across the whole roof and instead of just putting the plywood on top and saving another 3 to 4 hours they ripped them off. Once again amazing. Now I did request 1/2” plywood roof but had no idea they would go that extra mile. Travis and the supervisor on the job said that’s what we do. Now I am a very pessimistic person, whenever I see reviews I often wonder what are you getting out of writing such a great review? The answer is nothing but a Brand new roof at a great price. Now I’m kind of a grumpy older man, if I had anything negative to say, you would see it right here. Once again, Thank You Travis and your entire team.

My house was in need of a new roof, soffit, fascia, trim work and 6" gutters and downspouts. The work was done promptly by a large team who were all especially hard working and polite. Before this work was done, I would watch the rain literally pouring off my roof as the gutters couldn't handle the volume. I just took a walk around my house in the rain and the water flowed out the downspouts as it should. Im very pleased with Wells Home Improvements.
